Note: Where a subprocessor processes personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, stack8s will use an appropriate international data-transfer mechanism, where required, such as an adequacy regulation or decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
stack8s will provide notice of intended additions or replacements to its subprocessors in accordance with the applicable data-processing agreement. Customers may request further information or subscribe to subprocessor-change notifications by contacting support@stack8s.com.
